Face Beauty Hacks 3 Months PRIOR to the Wedding.

Actualizado: 25 ago 2021

So I keep watching brides get married and I keep getting this feeling that they got to the wedding clueless on what they could have done to prepare for their wedding. So here is a list of all the secrets I’ve learned for the past 10 years. Some of these might seem obvious, but I can assure you they’re not that obvious for all the brides, and some of these will just shock you for not being heard of. I do hope you enjoy them.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR FACE.

So basically you want your face to be super ready for the big day. So let’s start with the skin. 3 months before the big day you should be doing a light peeling once a week, wearing your moisturizers and wearing SPF daily. Beauty routines must be done in the morning and in the night always washing the face thoroughly before. *If you do not have a peeling, just mix sugar with lime juice and rub it in your face always taking care to skip all the eye area. Also great tip for a beautiful skin is to wear once a week natural honey over the face for 20 min. This will make your skin radiant and healthier. Don’t forget to do your routine with face massages or using goata for tighter and widening facial muscles. If you have no idea how to do this, watch @spokenbypolly on Instagram. And finally, clean your face from blemishes once a month in facial routines, but never too close to the wedding or you’ll be wearing red spots under your makeup.

Now let’s talk about BOTOX, if you have some wrinkle lines you’re probably gonna have those at the wedding, but Botox can erase them 3 months earlier. So if you are thinking about it, just go for it. Although don’t go anywhere, you have to attend a Doctor for this procedure. *Don’t forget to have real reviews from your Doctor and tell him all of your desires and fears, so you don’t stumble into a surprise.

Facial hair, this usually looks quite bad in the photos if you have a lot, so I’d advice you to start as soon as possible your wax appointment. This is so you try months before how your skin reacts to, and how long it takes to grow back. Don't forget wearing sunblock after that, you don't want your face sunburnt or sun scarred.

The mouth have 2 slopes, the lips and the teeth. Your lips must be included in your soft peeling in your week routine. But you have to moisturize them every night and in the morning if you feel like it. For these you have to use a greasy and repairing cream such as Vaseline or better yet Bepanthen. This will leave your lips quite juicy and perfect for the day. Now let's talk about teeth, ok so I hope you don’t have a yellow teeth problem, but if you do, it’s time for whitening. Go to your Dentist Doctor and talk about which procedure you prefer. Go as soon as possible because these procedures are quite sensitive and you don’t want to feel like that at your wedding. If you do not have this yellow issues, you should start using floss and swish your mouth with peroxide water often. This will kill all the bacteria and leave your mouth whiter, cleaner and with fresher breath.

Eyebrows and Eyelashes; so we've come to and end with our facial tips and these will be the last and most important ones. I dare say this because all the attention is always drawn to the eyes of the brides. So, what you wanna do is order biotin gel capsules, and castor oil. You will start asap taking the pills as recommended in bottle instructions for more beautiful eyelashes, eyebrows and nails btw. But also you will break some of these capsules, and each night take a small drop of the gel, mix it with the castor oil in an eyelash brush and comb it into your eyelashes and eyebrows. Be careful to not put it inside the eye. This will give you thicker and longer hairs in no time. Also if you feel you have bad eyebrow shaping it might be good to microblade them with an expert. Remember to look for reviews from your artist before doing so and let them know what you want. This has to be done at least 2 months before the wedding (so you have time for retouch a month later), otherwise you’ll have skin crusts, and wear SPF.

Finally, don’t forget to eat healthy, as many vegetables as possible, fruit daily, and add vitamins and minerals to your diet. Avoid dairy products so you won’t bloat and drink a lot of water, that’s right water, not soda. Your skin will thank you for doing so, trust me.
